Navigation conceptuelle dans une base de connaissances sur l’usage des plantes en santé animale et végétale

Abstract : More and more knowledge bases are being developed in the field of environment and life. The challenge of this work is to make knowledge accessible to users with various concerns. Our case study deals with a knowledge base containing 30 000 descriptions of plant use in Africa, that are alternatives to synthetic pesticide and antimicrobial. In this paper, we propose a system architecture to explore and navigate within knowledge using formal concept analysis and present a new algorithm that reveals a new plant use in a context different from the initial use.
